The open kitchen has got all the comfort you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, ceramic cooker. There is a large dining table with eight chairs. The spacious living room has a nice sitting area with a flat screen TV, dvd player. The kitchen and the living room offer a view on the terrace, the swimming pool, the garden and the beautiful atlantic ocean.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The “children’s bedroom” has one single bed (with bed drawer) and a baby bed. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. All four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and two of them have a sink and a bathtub.
The spacious villa bathroom offers a large shower, sink and toilet.
In the garden there is a mobile barbecue. The spacious covered terrace is accessible from the kitchen and the living room and offers a nice view of the heated pool, the garden and an amazing front view to the sea. The pool with its large terrace is illuminated at night and is maintained by professionals. A garden table and chairs for eight people are provided, as well as sun loungers.

Towels and bed linen are included.
All windows can be closed with electric shutters.
The property has central heating. In the bathroom there is an electric radiator – towel dryer. The washing machine is placed on the basement and there you can also find a ping-pong table, balls and rackets.
A baby cot and high chair are available. Smoking is not permitted. No pets allowed.
