The heated swimming pool (8×4) is illuminated at night and is maintained by professionals. Garden table and chairs are provided, as well as sun loungers and sun umbrella. There’s a mobile barbecue at guest’s disposal. The big garden provides the necessary quiet to enjoy a good book and a drink or just relax.

All windows can be closed with electric shutters.
The property has individually controlled air conditioning units in all rooms, with the option of cooling or heating. In each bathroom there is an electric radiator-towel dryer. The villa has its own garage and from there you can directly access to the house.
Baby cot is available. Smoking is not allowed. No pets allowed. Renting for longer term is possible.
