One bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and adjacent bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet.
First floor: three spacious bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes each, and 1 with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. 2 rooms give access to a spacious terrace with a view of the sea and surrounding area (adjacent green zone). Between the two rooms is a bathroom with a double sink, a spacious shower and a toilet.
Terraces: In the ground floor terrace there is a barbecue, garden table and chairs are provided, as well as 4 sun loungers. The heated swimming pool is illuminated at night and is maintained by professionals.

All windows can be closed with electric shutters.

The villa has its own parking space at the front of the villa.
